We understand that circumstances may change, and students may have questions about refunds, course changes, and attendance policies. Refund Policy:

1.  No Refunds: Once a student has enrolled and paid for a course at OneTick CDC, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

2.  Cancellation of Admission: : If a student decides to cancel their admission to a course, no refund will be provided. We encourage students to carefully consider their enrollment decisions before committing to a course.

3.  Course Change: Course changes are possible within the first 10 days from the date of enrollment. After this period, course changes will not be allowed. If a student still wishes to switch to a different course, they must contact our administration and formally submit a request. Additional fees will also apply for course changes, especially if the student wishes to enroll in a higher-priced package.

4.  Fee Adjustment for Course Change: If a student decides to switch to a higher-priced package while changing courses, they will be required to pay the remaining fees associated with the new package. Any fees paid for the previous course will not be refunded or credited toward the new package

5.  Attendance Policy: If a student is absent for a continuous period of 10 days without prior notice and valid reasons, OneTick CDC reserves the right to decide when the next available slot for the student will be. It is essential for students to maintain regular attendance to benefit fully from our programs.

6.  Exceptions:  In exceptional cases, such as documented medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, OneTick CDC may consider refund or course change requests. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any decisions will be made at the discretion of the institute's administration.

It is the responsibility of the student to review and understand this policy before enrolling in our courses.
